Real Estate
You can make gifts to the Foundation of a portion or all of a piece of real estate that can be sold and the proceeds used in a charitable project or to set up a Donor Advised Fund. If you would like to learn more, click here to e-mail the Foundation.
Retirement Assets
If you’re at least 72, you have the freedom to make tax-free distributions from your IRA directly to charity. If you are taking IRA distributions you don’t need or that force you into a higher tax bracket, you now have a surprisingly easy solution. Planned Gift
A representative from the foundation can help you establish a charitable trust, gift annuity or other planned gift that can pay you an income during your life and then have the principal go to a project or Donor Advised Fund in the Foundation at your death. Personal Property
If you have newer computers or tablets, office equipment, jewelry or other high value assets, you may be able to contribute them as a gift in-kind. If you would like to learn more, click here to e-mail the Foundation.
In-Kind Gift
Please contact our office if you wish to give an in-kind gift of inventory, medical supplies or equipment. These gifts can be very beneficial to the projects as it supplies them with needed goods during economic hard times, relief effort work or during a natural disaster. Cattle or Agriculture

Memorial Gift
We are appreciative of gifts that are designated “in memory of” loved ones, family members, friends, classmates, faculty members, and others. Stocks or Security
A gift of stock or securities is one of the best ways to maximize your giving. You will receive a charitable tax deduction for the full fair-market-value of the stock and you will not have to pay capital gains tax on the appreciation.
